Best location is Osaka!!! It would be hard to top this location. You can access to the hotel from an elevator at exit 18 of the subway, which is a real advantage especially when it rains a lot. Family mart on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Hot shower worked well. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a pleasant stay.

The location was excellent! Right near Midosuji street which looked adorable with all the Christmas lights. We usually ended our nights with a cup of coffee from the Starbucks nearby and a nice walk, or some 7/11 :) Probably the best out of all :) Our room had a nice view of the street, which was a plus. The hotel is located near a metro station, but we usually explored the city by foot. Staff was very nice to send a follow-up message, about some things we forgot in our room.

The location of the hotel is in a great neighbourhood, not that far from all sightseeing locations, cafes and restaurants. 3 minutes on foot is the Metro access, so you can go fast in any direction, in 15 minutes to Osaka station and Shin-Osaka station, if you are catching the Shinkansen train. The hotel restaurant was good, the variety of choice for breakfast. Aim to get the room on the higher floor of the hotel, the view is amazing, especially at night. The size of the room was ok, clean, with all necessary amenities. On the second floor of the hotel is "Family mart" store, working 24/7.

This hotel has the Hommachi subway station directly under the hotel,so it's great if you're taking the train from Kansai airport. From Kansai airport take the train to namba station then take the Midosuji line to Hommachi station..Also the hotel has a Family mart on premises and a 7/11 just outside on the corner..And if you like walking it will take around 25 minutes to get to the Glico man sign.,or take the subway only 2 stops away in 5 minutes to namba station..I would stay here again if I returned

Great easy to get to location (there's literally a metro in the basement). Breakfast was a little pricey but nice and with loads of options. I didn't try the spa or pool, but they're probably good. Everything was really clean and staff were very nice. Oh the shower was really good!

It's one block from the famous shopping street, the tail end opposite direction. plenty of stores to stop along the way before you reach the famous running man. Food is everywhere, there's a restaurant, very tall tower, subway is just below the hotel, and they have a family mart and Cafe inside as well. I would definitely stay here again. Especially for all the great shopping options.

The hotel has excellent facilities - it has its own entrance from the subway station, a full restaurant, spacious spa and even a Family Mart in the building that’s open 24 hours. We booked a large twin room and it was more spacious than the equivalent in Tokyo. Incredible view. The room had its own heater / air con rather than being controlled centrally. Restaurant - we opted for the buffet brunch (6.30am to 1pm) and whether you book as part of the stay or pay (¥2000) it’s superb value with a broad range of dishes, some like omelettes cooked on request. We stayed 5 days and the food changed every day, so you won’t get bored. Spa / onsen - we only saw the men’s and it was superb, very spacious, lots of lockers, drinking water free, and unlike in Tokyo was open for more of the day / night - closed between 2am and 6am for cleaning. There is also a pool but the weather was too cold (mid-March) so it was closed. It was still open to look at and sit around which some brave souls did. Location - a few steps from the Hommachi and Midosuji junction, on top of the Hommachi subway station. Very close (2 mins walk) to the top of the Shinsaibashi covered shopping street which leads directly to Dotonburi. This is great if it’s raining and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores of every kind. If the weather is good you can just walk directly down Midosuji past all the high-end retailers - a really wide street with trees and some temples to see. In the opposite direction it’s a 30 minute walk or 10 minute subway to the Umeda / Kitte area. We used taxis late at night and it was approx ¥2000 to get to Umeda / Kitte.

Moist location and hotel but your hotel should have breakfast discount would be better in my opinion. I did visit Japan first and after Dubai and after turkey and holland . This my my opinion must great fully people and hotel and city and hotel you are number 1 but Dubai hotel room must experience and must big er than yours i will rate Japan is number 1 . Because Japanese in everything # 1 clear . Informe des was very helpful but in general that hotel stuff very serious looking . You toilet and sink highly advanced technology but they in small to tiny places.

Hotel was very conveniently located beside a number of Subway lines , convenience store inside the hotel , and one around the corner. Short walk from the central tourist hub of Osaka , you can either walk up the main 6 lane boulevard which is littered with high end sports car dealerships , and high quality fashion houses and jewelers / watch makers. Or you can stroll up the covered street which is littered with local food stores ,skincare , gadget shops, electronics , pubs , clubs etc and all the usual things you'd expect to find on a Japanese street. It is a very lively spot
